The Bonded design integrates the aramid fiber into the polyethylene matrix so that Z-FleX performs as a single structure.
The aramid fiber is bonded to the polyethylene matrix, forming a single structure.
The layers work together, with no slippage or relative movement.
The integrated interface eliminates the free space between layers where gas can build up.
