It is a thick external sleeve of high-density polyethylene, highly resistant to corrosion, soil stresses and UV rays.

It is used for the protection of the external surface of used tubing with grades 3 and 4 damage, which can be reclaimed for use as a linepipe.

Glass-reinforced polyamide centralizers, applied by injection on pump rods and tubing.

It is used to prevent erosive damage caused by contact between the rod and tubing and/or between tubing and casing. They are also used to enhance flow when PCP pumps are employed in extraction and as paraffin scrapers.

The signage service includes both vertical and horizontal signaling, as well as the demarcation of tanks, containers, and facilities. In signage, the process begins with design, followed by the metallurgical fabrication of the sign, the application of coatings, vinyl application, and concludes with the installation of the sign.

Oil or production water tank maintenance service. The service includes corrosion protection according to the standards set by our client and current legislation. The coatings to be applied are varied (novolac epoxy, phenolics, vinylester, and fiberglass-reinforced paints, among others). In cases where our client does not have a defined application scheme, our engineering department will advise on the appropriate coating system for the conditions of the vessel and the fluid it contains.
